Completing the Form and Paying the Fees

Wait
After we receive your form with the documentation and payment of the process costs , we will submit the request for change of status to Immigration. After receiving the request, Immigration will send you the Receipt Notice , a document that certifies that your request has been received and that it has entered the petition queue for analysis. In the meantime, you just need to wait. We will send you instructions on how to download the application to have access to any updates that may exist in the process.
Analysis and Finalization
When the petition is analyzed, if the agent considers that more evidence is needed, an RFE - Request for Evidence is sent. If it is considered that no further evidence is needed, then the process is directly approved and the Approval Notice is issued and sent to the applicants' physical address .
In certain cases, the application is not reviewed until 180 days have passed since the expiration date of the I-94. In this case, it is important to file a new application for extension of status before the 180 days that would have been applicable to the first extension have passed . Don't worry, we will help you with this calculation so that you do not end up out of status.
